Beginning in January 2027, the six-month online program will support emerging entrepreneurs, future executives, and aspiring community leaders worldwide.

LOS ANGELES — September 2026 — IAC Media has announced the January 2027 launch of a bilingual international leadership mentorship program for students and young professionals preparing to pursue ambitious roles in entrepreneurship, competitive industries, and community leadership.

Offered in English and Spanish, the six-month online program will feature facilitated weekly sessions focused on strategic thinking, communication, decision-making, self-awareness, and translating long-term ambitions into practical action.

Enrollment will operate on a rolling basis, allowing new participants to enter structured six-month mentorship cycles throughout the year.

“The transition from ambition to leadership requires more than talent,” said Ivy Arias, Founder of IAC Media. “Young adults also need perspective, honest conversation, practical frameworks, and trusted people who can help them understand the environments they are preparing to enter.”

The program will serve young adults pursuing three broad leadership paths:

  • Entrepreneurship and business ownership

  • Corporate leadership in competitive industries

  • Civic, nonprofit, and community leadership

Although participants may be preparing for different careers, the sessions will develop foundational capabilities relevant across sectors: thinking clearly under pressure, understanding personal and professional value, communicating with confidence, navigating complex decisions, building productive relationships, and leading with intention.

For participants in Europe, the program will benefit from the support of IAC Media’s extended team of consultants in the region. Their involvement will contribute regional perspectives, cross-cultural insight, and practical experience relevant to young adults navigating increasingly international professional environments.

The virtual and bilingual format will also allow participants to learn alongside peers from different countries, cultures, and professional backgrounds. IAC Media views that exposure as essential preparation for leadership in an interconnected economy.

Arias brings more than two decades of experience across strategy, communications, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and mission-driven community development. She has created and supported programs involving founders and emerging leaders from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, the Netherlands, Portugal, Ukraine, South Korea, Mexico, and Chile.

“Young people are frequently told to be ambitious, but they are not always given the structure needed to direct that ambition wisely,” Arias added. “This program will create a consistent space for reflection, accountability, intellectual curiosity, and deliberate growth—across languages, cultures, and borders.”

The initiative reflects IAC Media’s commitment to supporting leaders, mentoring teams, expanding access to knowledge, and helping prepare the next generation to contribute meaningfully within companies, communities, and global markets.

Applications and participation details will be announced ahead of the program’s January 2027 launch.
